I really hope LSU doesn't stoop to that level in football or baseball

Like it or not, but it will eventually happen.

Nah we’re better than that gimmicky shite other schools do.
Don’t copy…be the ones that are copied
They try but no one can copy our night game atmosphere

No one can copy us because we never change

I just want them to get the plumbing straight first. I’m tired of having to go down several levels and wait in long arse lines, cause the toilets are overflowing.

I will say I have had this sentiment about the lights in the past - I can’t stand the way that great traditions have been pushed to the side for modern bs (ex: more piped in music as opposed to the band playing constantly). That said I went to the 2019 Bama game in Tuscaloosa and that was my 1st time seeing these lights, and it is pretty bad arse. Do we need it for our atmosphere? Absolutely not.. but it is a pretty cool deal and makes the atmosphere even more fun. If we never get them I am fine with it, but I am no longer against it like I was prior to seeing it live.

They'll never be ready in time.

Louisiana Tech does this… maybe let’s try not to be like everyone else.
it adds nothing to the experience of a night game in Tiger Stadium

Such a stupid baseline. La. Tech's is lame because it's La. Tech. Tennessee does it right. Their pregame entrance is next level now.
LSU will and should join the club at some point. The players love it.

Neaux, we don't need the LED color-changing lights. It's a gimmick that so many other programs do. We don't need to do anything that the rest of the crowd is doing.
Saturday Night in Death Valley as an experience is almost flawless. Less piped-in music. More GBFTL. Let's f*cking ads (inb4 "that's how we make money") and a better-designed sound system that doesn't project enough sound

First “LED light show needs to be a thing in Tiger Stadium” thread of the season. Congratulations.

And what are you going to do about it besides bitch and moan on tRant?
Kids and fans like it. It will happen. Purple lights in Tiger Stadium looks fricking cool.

Light shows in no way diminish the experience in the stadium...
This is no different than adding massive Jumbotrons...

Maybe the purple lights will hide the empty seats of people leaving early to beat traffic.

Putting LED lights in Tiger Stadium will probably last longer as there seems to be 8-10 bulbs out every game with the current lighting. I don't care about the flashing or colors, but it might be brighter. Heck, even Fenway Park has them now...

Need to fix the damn clocks on the scoreboard and the play clock first. Those clocks have been the bane of nearly every major home game for YEARS!

It's amazing. They literally only have to work 6 days a year. Yet it never fails.
