This is the answer because of the consistency of it. Most anyone can win on a given day, but to win an entire league like the EPL is absolutely ridiculous.

The football bias is so evident here
No football game should be in the top 5 of biggest sports upsets ever
Honestly that's why Leicester is even bigger than Miracle on Ice - with every game the odds are more difficult
Football with the limited number of games and possession based nature of the sport creates more upsets, even in the college game
Any single elimination format like the NFL playoffs or the NCAA basketball tournament is ripe for upsets
