You obviously have no idea who Glenn Greenwald actually is. He is the journalist to whom Snowden leaked the Obama surveillance docs. He has a long, established history of being a thorn in the side of the Clinton-Obama era Democrats. We all know he's a gay leftist and is not MAGA, that's not the point. The point is that he is a diligent journalist and irreconcilable enemy of the Democrats and the uniparty in general. And therefore he's not a leftist with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
The Rachel Maddow quote comes from his time opposing the uniparty in the form of the Bush administration.

Everyone, I think SouthEasternKaiju is speaking rhetorically about what the left and the Democratic Party aligned media is saying about Greenwald now.
