It's still a man fighting a man, and they were not fighting.

Shaw could have killed porier if he wanted to

245 is nothing to brag about bench pressing

I usually leave it on the bar for the other guys at my gym to then warmup with

I also pretty much never max

185-8 reps
205-5 reps
205-5 reps
205- til failure

I’m assuming 245 is still my max

The jiu jitsu stuff would make me nervous. She could armbar me or some shite and rip my arm off.

Standing and trading punches, I'd win.

So to answer your question...in an MMA fight, she'd prob tap me. Fist fighting, I think Id beat her pretty easily.

I’m the opposite. I think there is a much better chance a female boxer kicks my arse in a boxing match than an mma fighter in an mma match

Study up. Lol.

Jesus fricking Christ. A decently in shape man would tackle her and knock her the frick out. How many women have won fights in men’s mma or ufc? Ever?

She’s an amazing fighter in her class. But she’s simply not challenging a man of decent size in an actual fight.

Are you like 150 lbs? I can stand up from the ground with 135lbs on me.

would think Nunes could bench press about 100-110 lbs, maybe

How do you think those 110 pounds plus her body weight would do against your ACL?

This is how BJJ works, it uses your entire body, and all your strength against your opponents weakest muscles.

Just try this- place your heels 5 inches away from the wall, with your back on the wall, and try to stand up straight without pushing away from the wall with your arms or shoulders. The only way you can do it is by projecting your hips over your toes, but then just a couple of pounds of pressure on your head would stop you from standing up.

These are the principles that are used in wrestling and jujitsu.

Sonic has prepared me for this moment my whole life. Im 180 lbs and can take a bunch of blows to the face. As long as the fight only last 20 to 30 seconds max (all i got cardio wise) and she doesnt break one of my joints.....i may have a chance

This thread went off the rails with the Shaw Porier talk

I think the OP was asking if the average OT’r could beat a 135# professional female MMA fighter without training

So far Yellowfin and throw and beat Ronda Rousey around the ring
And

TeddyPellic can beat any women in any weight class

Tyga Woods would choke slam any female professional fighter no matter what

Because people are in here all "watch this UFC lightweight whip the strongest man on earf durp durp"

Like it got shite to do with Amanda Nunez fighting your average 5'10" 245 lb beer drinking coonass ex 2nd team all district nose guard who got in a fight at cowboys a few times.

Aint no woman overcoming a 55% weight deficit unless the man is a squishy pussy.
