Electronic scanning makes creating duplicates very easy.

Yep. Lots of ways to create duplicates in a computer.
Every ballot needs to have the security of $100 bill and more.
It also wouldn't be hard to have a computer routine that can detect duplicate images.

The problem with all this is the DOJ will have to prosecute the people involved and it wont happen. Which means they will once again have 100s of willing and able "volunteers" in key inner city districts ready to take some zuckerbucks to do it again....with lawfare in the wings to file RACIST lawsuits if anyone complains.

If we’re talking about the same thing, this has been debunked a million times. The ballots were identified and corrected on multiple recounts, but these disingenuous “bombshells” never mention that part. Even if they hadn’t been caught and fixed, they wouldn’t have made a difference in the final vote count.
