Anyone here a member? What does a basic annual membership cost?

Email them for pricing info. Super friendly people. I’ve been to all of their properties. Incredible deer and duck.

You should probably allocate around $10k yearly for an endeavor of that magnitude doc!

I believe when I spoke with them it was around $7500 to hunt there Davis and Diamond island properties which was all I was interested in. If you want to hunt those plus their high fence properties and properties that have exotics it over 10k.

The deer hunting is very good to excellent. Duck hunting can be great buy also spotty, pretty much like everywhere in LA now.

That seems cheap for that area. Is there atrophy fee and lodging fee on top of that?
Posted on 8/16/23 at 1:34 pm to turkish
Lodging was fairly cheap but it was extra. They have a cook 3 days per week at the main lodges. I was strongly considering it but got fortunate when my camp neighbor that owns 1500 acres on the river decided to make a small club with 5 of us so I did that instead.

Rocket,
I’ve been trying to reach Lusco for several days.
Do you have a better do tact number than what’s on the website?
I emailed them for prices and no reply.

AP83,
I’ve been trying to contact them for several days. Sent email asking for prices with no reply. Do you have a dependable contact number for Lusco Outdoors?

No dogs allowed for deer hunting. Only duck hunting.

This is what it would cost to mess up:
FINES
If a member or guest kills an 8 point under 130 inches but at least 125 inches there will be a $1,000 fine, under 125 gross inches the fine will be $2,000.
If a member or guest kills a 9 point under 140 inches but at least 135 inches there will be a $1,000 fine, under 135 gross inches the fine will be $2,000.
If a member or guest kills a 10 point under 150 inches there will be a $2,000 fine.
Charlie Lusco will have final say on fines and may implement a maximum fine if an exceptional under age deer is killed regardless of above criteria.
It is always member’s responsibility when judging a deer before shooting and to keep in mind when in doubt don’t shoot especially on a young deer.
A member is responsible for paying any fine their guests may incur before they will be allowed to hunt again.

I believe the got rid of the lower entry packages and just went with the all in one higher price package.

Do they run dogs on it?
Deer get caught in the fences.
Spotlights are legal in the fences, I think.

it has become what it was in old european aristocracy. Think about it, people with their $600 sitka jackets paying thousands of dollars in club memberships, buying property, or paying a lease. people with million dollar camps on million dollar pieces of property. it mimics what you see in old europe such as the palace of versailles and chateau cheverny.
I respect the crap out of people that are able to do that because they either worked their arse off to get that or just know the right people
