Check out Californication...it's definitely got all of that.
Also check out Weeds. It has most of that...it falls short on models, but that's about it. Great show.

House and Dexter are the best I can come up with.. Maybe 24, but I know several people who cant take 24 anymore

I think "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is one of the most underrated shows on TV right now.
My favorites in order are:
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
Entourage
Sarah Connor Chronicles
True Blood
Heroes (even though it kinda sucks now...)
