Anyone use this for pre workout and/or weight loss? I took Xenadrine back in the day and it helped with workout energy and shedding some stubborn lbs. Do remember I had some sleep issues if I took it too late in the day. Doesn’t look like that’s available anymore but former competitor Hydroxycut is.
What has been your experience ? Does it work and any side effects you couldn’t deal with?

It’s a sham and they have been involved in several lawsuits.
It’s a bunch of caffeine that will help suppresses appetite and increase energy during a workout. You can get that from thousands of other, much cheaper things.

I took a whole bunch of Hydroxycut back in the pre-ephedra ban days of 1999-2000, but I never tried it since then. I get the sense that whatever Hydroxycut has become in 2023, it isn't very popular for what is is supposed to do. If you want to try to use something similar you could do an ECA or just an EC stack using Bronkaid.

What’s the standard dosage for the ECA stack? Do you start low and ramp up?
I recently got on Claritin D for a sinus thing. That has pseudoephedrine. Wonder if that’s a good substitute for straight ephedrine.

I can't believe they won't let grown adults use something like ephedrine. Seems strange.

Just drink some cold brew coffee 30 minutes before your workout. You'll get the same results.

Plenty of pre-workout responses are like this... "just drink a cup of coffee". How do you know how someone's body responds to coffee? For me, i can drink a cup of coffee and go to bed. Others claim they are wired from on cup. I think it's best that people give a recommendation and let the end user do their own legwork.

If you drink a 16oz cup of cold brew coffee, you are pushing 200mg of caffeine. If that doesn't do anything for you, you need to cut back on the uppers.

they just keep it behind the counter. dont have to see them, but have to show license to get it due to it being using in meth.
