This reminds me of the scene from High Plains Drifter.

Let them all camp out in and surround the state legislature and state capital buildings. Then add thousands of tents outside the front yards of every politician and state agency head in MA state government.

The 3rd is about quartering TROOPS. There’s nothing in it that says government can’t put civilians there. It’d be interesting to see how liberal courts approach that. You’d think that the 4th guarantee of freedom from “unreasonable searches and seizures” would cover that, but would a Lib government declare that quartering illegal aliens in your homes was “reasonable “.? We’ll see.
