The first phase is pulling up all the old stumps that were left behind when they made the lakes to begin with. Once the stumps are removed, the dredge operation can begin. They are going to pump the mud to another location where it will be stacked and dried to make new land. When you turnover the old organic matter from the bottom of swamp mud and let it air out, it's going to stink.

Why do you want someone who understands what is being done to tell you what is being done in words you won't understand?

How does that leave you any better off than you are right now?
