I don't think they hate him based on an action or policy. It's a hatred because he's not one of them. They all think he's dumb and shouldn't have ever been able to win the presidency.

Nothing prior to being elected.
Appointing somewhat conservative justices and judges was the first blow. Trump was smart enough to understand that this is how policy is truly made these days. It's somewhat troubling that the Democrats are now using that judicial system to try and silence him.
The real shite show though began after the election. That's when Trump did some things that opened the door for much of what he's now dealing with.
You can't call a Secretary of State during a Presidential election and tell him he has to find those votes. Terribly stupid.
The January 6 deal wasn't his fault in my opinion, however the result of January 6, through no fault of his own placed a target on his back. Right or wrong, he will forever be linked with January 6 and the death of that girl.

I see this allegation a LOT - and have been wanting to even start a thread on it - but this will do.
NONE of the lawsuits being presented immediately after the election could make to to a judgement based on the MERITS - they were ALL dismissed because of "time has run out" or "you dont have standing"
And "standing" means who knows what - but the things they always SSAID was 'you haven't presented enough EVIDENCE to show that you could OVERTURN the result, even if you were RIGHT.
so he never got a chance to actually PRESENT any evidence. The amount of solid EVIDENCE you could round up by individual effort could not be done within the TIME allowed.
SO - Trump is leaning on the SecOfState to put a prod on the getting some INVESTIGATION done to FIND the 'evidence"
and that evidence had to be enough to OVERTURN the result
THEREFORE - he was REMINDING the SecOfState that all he had to do was find 11,000 votes. Or equally to identify that 5500 Trump votes had be CHANGED to BIDEN votes.
Those are the parameters of what the INVESTIGATION would have to produce to THEN establish STANDING - so he could THEN present the evidence in a Court that MATTERED.
It was just the first rung on a rope ladder he had to climb one-handed to get a chance to present his case.
Not a CONSPIRACY at all - merely part of a PLAN to SATISFY the RESTRICTIONs the COURTs were demanding.
Seems so simple to me.

This was after the votes were recounted already, allegations of fraud investigated and no verifiable evidence could be found to argue that DJT won.
