Started a thread on it earlier. Video from CNN and additional tweet info from Miranda Devine.

Another thread says that there are FARA issues ongoing which weren’t known when the deal was originally announced, which is at least part of why it got killed.

Hard to give someone probation when they have other shite pop up, even when they are the president’s frick up kid.

That was always going to happen. Stolen elections have consequences

Can’t pardon state charges. And I’m sure there are one or more things to hit him for somewhere like Arkansas.

It’s not dead, they have some differences to resolve. I wouldn’t call it dead yet.

This news means there is about to be breaking news about Trump indictments or something like that. They always change the news cycle when bad news against a Dem is announced.

Maybe there are some honest people left in the justice system after all.

Seems that the Judge is concerned that the gun charge deal is linked to the tax evasion deal.

Of course it is.

The desk is not “dead” but there are definitely bumps in the road.

This guy is such a frickup, he can’t even get a simple plea deal approved by the judge.

I know Joe loves his son, but there have to be times where he and Jill seriously have to be wondering why it was the “smart” son who had to die.

Hunter is the embodiment of the Denis Leary routine on drugs.

The people who are talented die of an overdose.

The people you want to die never do.

His example - Len Bias, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix, amongst others, died of an OD. But if you put Motley Crue in a room with two tons of crack, they would come out a few minutes later and record a double-live album.
