beautiful thursday night at the Bridge for our boys in Blue
two headers for goals
Mudryk is a better version of Timo, all speed and no plan
he is so young though, he has a chance to be special

He delivered a couple of great balls into the attack (one of them weighted beautifully).
Additionally, his shot was a pretty good effort.
In short, he was impactful.
Jackson made some good runs to make those passes count. Remember, he is still learning the position.
As for the squad as a whole, it was a really good outing, playing some quality ball.
As noted earlier, getting into European football would be an amazing accomplishment in year one of Poch, especially when considering the youth, and the magnitude of injuries.
Also noted earlier, a young squad like this is going to have those feast or famine waves.

Stand corrected. Great effort tonight.

Chelsea’s fixtures
5 - vs West Ham
11 - at Forrest
15 - at Brighton
29 - vs Bournemouth
Man U Fixtures
6 - at Palace
12 vs Arsenal
15 vs Newcastle
19 at Brighton
Newcastle fixtures
4 - at Burnely
11 - vs Brighton
15 - at Man U
19 - at Brentford
Haha, it looks like Brighton is going to have a big say in who gets 6th place.
Things suddenly got a little more interesting with this W vs. Spurs.

I didn't get to see the whole game (only saw from 84 on when it was just Tottenham attacking for the most part).
Did the team move better again without Enzo?

Just saw Jackson's goal. Cole looks like he legitimately hates him lol

They are both pretty unlikeable in the dressing room I'd imagine.

If Timo could have stayed onsides he would have a statue in front of Stamford Bridge. Dude was legitimately loved by the Blues fans.

At times with the celebrations, the squad looks pretty divided along racial lines.
I hope not, because that is a lot to overcome in the dressing room.

Dominating. Marc is everywhere.

Young teams typically do.
As noted in an earlier post, if this team overcomes their youth, an injury list that is historically massive, and Poch being in his first year, to make it to European football…that will be a near miraculous feat.

I missed it this morning, will go back and watch the replay
unbelievable result

Total domination. But I do feel for Bowen who had three balls hit the woodwork today.

Missed it too, but I’m seeing a pattern since Enzo has been out. Addition by subtraction. The thing is that I know he is a great player, just doesn’t fit the system. He’ll go somewhere else then come back to haunt us.

He’s been playing hurt too, could be a bigger part of his problem. Get healthy go play copa and get his head right and be the man next season (hopefully).

He has also played nonstop for an incredibly long period of time.
If this season has shown nothing else, it has shown that we need an incredibly deep bench.
Thank God some of these guys are finally seeing the pitch again.

The captain James with the game winning assist. Forgot how damn good he can be. Nice road win against a side desperate to stay up. Well done.

excellent video on the tactics changes we have seen over the season
very happy with the shape of the squad as the season ends
very promising

Yes. A healthy side should finish top 5 next season with a few key additions sprinkled in.
