One where the score didn’t represent the dominance.

At least 3 of their touchdowns were flukes.
Yep. A flukey punt return where our great coverage had a slingshot effect on Waddle springing him into the clear to head to the opposite sideline and then two breakdowns leading to long TD passes. The other 59 minutes and 22 seconds was a 46-21 beatdown of epic proportions. A thrashing.

We beat the shite out of them mind, body, and soul.
100%!!
shite. We lead by 20 at halftime! That some Tiger fans act like that was some kind of a battle royale is a joke!

LSU tickets allotted by Bama are in nose bleed sections

i went in 2011 and 2019.
i’m probably never going again.
that said: beautiful campus, gorgeous weather in november, stunning & quiet stadium, terrible & pretentious people, most student are northerners.

Tuscaloosa is the closest SEC destination to BR so that’s nice.

I’ll be taking my grandson. We are staying at the Sunset RV park. Hope there’s a lot of tailgaters!

Likely will be making the trip if we don’t go on vacation that week

I hope to be there. Have not made the plans. I have relations living near there so easy for me to do so. Great trip when we win!

That place will be very hostile coming off a loss to LSU. Those pricks act like LSU isn’t a rival and act like we’re not relevant then they lose their shite when you roll into their town with your colors on.
However, it’s a good trip. Bama fans are crazy just like LSU fans. We’re very alike. We love our teams. These two fan bases are the most alike in the SEC. that’s why we hate each other so deeply.

Scalped tickets in the ad section for that one - to their credit had fans coming up to us after the game to shake our hands and say congratulations on the natty....

we had slightly more total yards: 559-541. We were clearly the better team, but we didn't "dismantle" them.
LSU gave up 3 cheap TDs: a trick play where the QB fakes looking to the sideline and then quick snaps it while the defense isn't ready, a facemask that spun a punt returner away from coverage for a long td and a mind-blowing press coverage call with a minute left and the game out of reach where a top 5 DB gave up an 85-yard bomb to make the score look respectable. When you give up 3 fluke TDs in the same game and still win, you dominated that game.

Not me...I'm bad luck, apparently.
I've gone in 2009, 2013, and 2017. Nice stadium. The fans are hit or miss...the worst experience was honestly in 2013. They were a little more arrogant and in your face after that game. I guess, we all saw it as they've fully taken control of the SEC West and SEC at that point. You've also got a bunch of out-of-state fans/students that go there just because they are winning. They are the worst, and not true fans imo.
The campus is fine. Truthfully, I didn't particularly care for it. While attempting to keep the antebellum architecture, it had that "new brick" look that was pretty sterile.
The tailgating is pretty corporate, but not a bad tailgating scene. The downtown strip is fun...but again, late night (especially after the win), it's a little more aggressive and obnoxious.

Most of the insufferable bama fans don’t attend games, aren’t alumni, and likely don’t reside anywhere in the state of Alabama.
Went in 03 and had some incredibly good seats. We beat their arse 27-3. Granted they were down back the. But still satisfying. Bama fans as I’ve experienced are good people. Had fun in my times there. Know many alumni that I would tailgate with and wouldn’t feel out of place.
Ole miss on the other hand…frick those people. And auburn. frick them too

I agree with most of this except for the current student body. They are largely made up of out-of-state students (shockingly, a lot are from CA, CO, TX, the Northeast, etc). They don't really "know" football and are just insufferable, miserable little shits.

Been there twice with my last trip being in 2019. Probably won't be back for awhile. I want to go to Auburn next.

A 46-41 final score is considered dismantling these days?
Meh.
They had a few garbage time TD’s so yea. It was pretty embarrassing for them

Every game I attend in Tuscaloosa the Tigers have won. I guess I'm responsible to attend every other year.

Was there back in 2001 when Rohan Davey and Josh Reed went off. Stadium was only purple and gold with 10 minutes left.
