What are the chances we end up here? I'd say greater than 50%

I have a hold on rooms in ATL, Memphis, and Nashville. Don't need them in Dallas and Shreveport due to family.

Looks more and more like I'll be calling the family and telling them I won't be coming and canceling the rooms in Tennessee.

ETA: I did get a sweet deal on a suite at the Hilton Airport in ATL...

Most downtown are booked. The Hilton Airport has their Club Level Suites available for $129/night. Fully refundable.

Waaaaay better than Cotton for fans. Plus, I like ACC match-up better than TX Tech or Texas

I would't mind an LSU/Florida State matchup.

Stay in Buckhead. Its a much better place to hang out, especially for New Year's Eve. Its far from downtown, but you can jump on MARTA and ride the train right to the gate of the stadium.

Remember when a trip to the Peach Bowl was not only a good thing, but an accomplishment? What happened to those days? Have we really turned so elitist from 03 to 07 that we think we DESERVE better than the Peach Bowl just for existing? Geez I don't have to tell you who that sounds like.

I don't deny that there are issues that need to be corrected, disappointing performances, and wins that were left on the field this year, but this perception of the Peach Bowl being below the prestige of LSU makes me want to puke.
