Lape had TJ late in the spring. I think any chance he has to get picked is gone. Probably wont be able to play next year.

I’m with you on Larson. I read a recent interview with him and the draft seems to be plan A and B with LSU being the last resort.

I mentioned this in another thread. I wonder if the Taylor/Shores/Edwards injuries changes how Jay recruits these high school guys a bit. There’s only so many spots. If you just assume you’re gonna get hit with a couple of big arm guys you’re counting on to get hurt, does he take fewer guys with incoming arms injuries with the intention of them not really being big time contributors until year 2 or 3. Some will be too good to pass on, but we were Hurd, Cooper, Floyd, Ack, Guidry, etc…from ALL stepping up from “wasting” an all-time offensive lineup.

May just chalk it up to an abberationally unlucky year with arms. Or may take fewer risks on incoming guys with injuries already. Or may use an extra spot or 2 on arms than position guys. Or may make no difference whatsoever and I’m just just wasting key strikes per usual.
