I can’t believe so many of y’all are seriously throwing this out there like it’s the obvious answer. OP isn’t getting anything more than lip service from the local cops unless he has legit injuries. Cops will always assume that the patron was a drunk a-hole.
Trying to use the police to go after a bar owner for grabbing the back of his neck is a waste of everybody’s time, including OP’s. He gains nothing except for the satisfaction of causing a minor headache for the bar owner, at the expense of a bigger headache for himself.

Correct. His story changed multiple times. Saying he and a bartender escorted me out.. then it turned into 4.
Said he saw me buy a tray. I didn’t.
He asked what we wanted. Basically just said an apology for how we were treated. He said no, admit I did it. Laughed and said go to the cops and social media.

I’m just saying what happened. From other posts it seems like I’m not the only LSU fan this is happening to at his bar.
Like I said. Go support Rocco’s. Don’t support them. Just take it with a grain of salt that the same can happen to you if it’s happening to multiple people.
Wasn’t hard for an owner to admit he was wrong. Staying quiet about it means he wins. I wouldn’t have come to TD of all places to post about it if I was making it up.
If I’m being honest the thing I’m mostly pissed about isnt how I was treated, but my Dad. This was a trip for him for Fathers Day. And his Omaha experience started with a bartender slapping a drink out of his hands and told to “get the frick out” for something we didn’t do.

I would like to highlight that I saw TigerCoop’s snap chat.
On said Snapchat he had 8 green shots.
While this isn’t the color that was claimed was handed out, I do recall tigercoop saying he had 8 red shots.
We cannot trust this man.
