Any opinion on which BR area Ford dealer has the best service department? Got some warranty work I need to schedule so trying to decide who to bring it to.

Call and see which one can get you in and out faster

So far I’ve only found bad service departments in south Louisiana.

dont go to robinson brothers. their service department sucks

I’d rather take a beating with a brick stick than deal with Hollingsworth richards service dept. they treat you like you are inconveniencing them by existing. I avoid it at all costs

Good Luck!. About 3 months ago I tried to make an appointment at Robinson Brothers and they offered appointment about 3 months later.

You do realize that you don't need to go to the dealer for warranty work, right?

Parts shortage + bad service dept + a really bad several years for Ford quality and recalls.
Honestly none of us should be doing business with dealers we don’t know. Buy and get your vehicle serviced at dealers you can depend on. It matters so much more than the brand or color of the truck you buy.

100% accurate statement right here.

Depends on the warranty work. Most factory warranties stipulate that the work needs to be done at the dealership.

“Normal” vehicle maintenance does not have to be done at the dealership and it will not void your warranty.

Yep. Contacted my warranty provider and I’m limited to AllStar Ford (Prairieville or Denham Location) or Hollingsworth Ford apparently

Avoid the Allstar Denham location its by far the worst place to have Ford repairs completed. The AS Pville and Hollingsworth actually care. AS Denham is just straight crooks.
