This wasn’t a “had a few too many at happy hour” type of dub. Dude was on a completely different planet
He was riding with a flat tire and was swerving around the road and ultimately decided that making a turn in the middle of the road would solve the problem
He couldn’t tell cops what city they were in and later stated they were in Columbus.

A lot of people in here saying this but didn't he say some stuff that offended a bunch of ppl awhile back and most expected him to get fired? If survived offending the Homosexuals a few months back I think he can survive another DUI. Unless of course WVA is just tired of him them they may use this excuse.
