I lived in southern Indiana for a bit. Yeah there was white trash. But not that kind of frickery.
I was voluntold to be an Army recruiter for 3 years and was sent there. Crawford, Pike and Perry counties were mostly dumps but and I wouldn't ever want to live there but to compare that area to NOLA us a joke. I'd live in Marengo or Tell City and be ok. Not so for NOLA.
