Mitt Romney won Oklahoma in 2012 by more than Trump did in 2020. In fact, every county in OK has been red for Presidential elections since 2004 and each Republican has won by 30%+.

Watch the entire rally. There was plenty of applause. Stitt had already announced his endorsement outside the venue to the overflow crowd and some of the excitement was lost.
