1. guilty of lie about whether there were any more docs.
2. obstruction. moving stuff to avoid fbi search.
the meaty charges will depend on scotus ruling.

No he's not, you delusional old Dog. It's been escablished through case law precedent that you cannot "obstruct justice" when no crime has been committed to obstruct.
