If justice prevails, this indictment won't survive scrutiny by honest, constitutionalist judges and will be thrown out.
I think I found the fly in the ointment....

In other words, a far left wing hack judge will preside over the case and Trump is fricked

DOJ will be going to Court of Appeals to have her removed from the case.

Yeah. Tom, who is not a lawyer, was the one telling Trump this in 2021-2022, against the actual advice from everyone else, including actual lawyers. He was wrong then, and he’s wrong now. If Trump did the opposite of what Tom advised, he would not be in the mess.
If it was because he listened to Fitton, then Fitton will go down in the history books as the guy whose dumb and clearly incorrect advise led to the first conviction of a former president. While not the first charges against him (the NYC Stormy Daniels case), this one is a much stronger case, so the conviction is much more likely.
MAGA should hate Fitton, and the resistance is probably happy Fitton is such an idiot, but nobody should be listening to his idiocy.

He claims anything a former president decides to take from the WH upon exit is his personal property.
He can't be serious.

They are ALL his personal records and, frankly, should be returned to him.
Iran War battle planning documents sure sound like "personal records". lolzzz

They have already started on denigrating her

In other words he's f’d.
Thanks, Tom
Thanks, Tom

Fitton isn't a lawyer
Doesn't seem very bright either going off this statement.

Why not? It's law.

One doesn’t have to be a lawyer to express the opinions that he and his slew of lawyers have. Beating the DC deep state is sport for Fitton. His aim is good

interesting what side you seem to be taking in this

Think he’s referring to case la w, and the Clinton’s sock drawer ruling, as precedent

Regardless to argue that because those were determined to be personal, then anything, including literal national security plans if the military invaded another nation, are also personal records, is just outlandishly illogical. And it’s just wrong.

Am I supposed to pretend Trump wasn't an idiot?
No doubt there is a double standard, but Trump absolutely fricked himself here

GOPe finds itself on the other side of Tom Fitton. Pay attention.
