Yeah - I posted this earlier in another thread - that I can’t wait for SCOTUS to rule PRA supersedes the statute in the indictment (espionage act).

It’s there for exactly what Trump did. And there’s tons of precedent.

I just hope the justices blister and embarrass Jack Smith when they do it.

So the law from 50 years ago that makes presidential records official property of the United States government, is going to supercede a law from 100 years ago that makes certain use of certain types of government records illegal?

Seems like quite a fascinating legal strategy that makes absolutely no sense.

With such abuse of power and torturing of words and laws like that, Jack Off Smith and everyone like him needs to get real punishment.
