For my birthday in Cancun (all inclusive), baw tipped the beach beer "dude" $100 on our first day. No idea if the guy was scheduled to work a four day stretch or not, but he not only showed up every day, he probably tipped out others working the beach based on service.
We had chairs, umbrellas, and beers ready before we got there every single day. I'll do that all day long.
Like in an airport lounge, slide a 20 over when you show up, and all of a sudden they start forgetting "rules."
