Bought one for my now ex wife with the "technology package"; it had major electrical gremlins.

Left her and my young kids stranded on an on ramp to a busy highway when it stopped running. The radio and navigation often didn't turn on when starting.

The 1st and last Honda product I've ever purchased. Won't say never again though, because a Honda jet would be pretty sweet.

ETA: I believe this was a 2015 model. Remains the only car I have ever gotten rid of prior to paying off/with less than 100k miles. Very disappointing because was otherwise a very nice car.

I drove one for 380k miles with nothing more than oil, tires, timing chain, and strut replacement. Bought my daughter one as well. Great cars. Same motor as the pilot and I’ve had two of those up into the 300k range.

I had a 2015 with the tech package and had zero issues with it. I loved it, sold it after the divorce because it was a second vehicle for just me and it was paid off so I got high dollar for it.

My buddy in Atlanta has a 2023 Type S and it is absolutely gorgeous for a car. The massaging seats are pretty amazing. he said he paid around 70k for it I think.

Someone mentioned the size of the vehicle, I love the size of the MDX. It is big enough to fit 4 normal adults comfortably but the 3rd row is a joke.

You'd be the minority of MDX owners.

I had one for several years (wrecked). Great car and like any honda needed a timing belt at 100k miles.

Otherwise take care of them and they take care of you.
