Im a big believer in not trying to time the market, but ride general trends (like tech in early 2000s)
For me I am steady adding to small positions weekly in:
- energy (pxd, pipelines like ET, MPLX, OKE, MMP)
- REITS (O, AMT, abr, adc, cpt etc...)
- quality ETFs, (SCHD, VOO, SPY, QQQ)
- JEPI and other income plays (ARCC, ORCC)
- Vanguard growth index fund ($150 every 2 weeks)
slow and steady lads over 40 years . . .. thats the way to go!

Like someone said in the TELL thread, they are too far along in the infrastructure phase to just halt. Either they will figure out financing for the project, or someone will buy them out. At least that’s my hope.

OKE is buying MMP. Each MMP share gets $25 plus 2/3 of an OKE share.
Source: I have both in my portfolio. Announced earlier this week.

They basically automate warehouse operations for companies. Their main Customer is Walmart. Could see this thing between 100 and 200 in a few years.

$GME as often as I can and I am DRSing (Direct Registering) it to get it out of the crooked hands of the DTCC (they committed International Securities fraud with the split dividend last summer).

Energy royalty companies
Materials…mining
These sectors have been beaten up lately but I don’t see a world where energy and materials aren’t needed.
