Coal, no. Nuclear, no. Now hydroelectric? No.

Fox link. It seems like they want no power in this nation while the rest of the world will advance.
Akin to
food processing plants a’burnin’;
military acquiescing;
Border open like a turnstile;
Is it even a doubt in your mind, now, that the uniparty wants this nation to destroy itself.
And here we sit.

The countries that are going away and shutting down Nuclear are absolutely the most stupid corrupt countries in the world.
Nuclear is easily our best source of energy, as well as our most clean. For whatever reason ($ probably) hit jobs have been put out on nuclear for decades.

Not only will they shut them down, they will take the turbines and wheels out and sell them overseas like they did all the textile mill equipment here in the South. We will know what it was like to live without electricity in our lifetimes. We have to try to stop this madness.

These people should be publicly tarred and feathered

Three Mile Island
Chernobyl
Fukashima
The first two stopped Nuclear expansion in its tracks. The last one reset the fear back to 1000%.
..and the regulations and cost play a huge part in lack of new Nuclear plants worldwide.

Say it louder.
We are fricked solely because the public is ignorant as frick and doesnt understand that newer reactor designs dont have the same flaws that allowed for meltdowns at places like Fukishima.
There has never been a meltdown at a gen 3 reactor. And some gen 4 designs have built in contingencies to halt a meltdown IF it were to even happen.
The general public just thinks nuclear is dirty and they might grow a second head. And politicians know the public’s attention span is too short for them to ever explain the differences. So we’re all just fricked because there is no political will to educate the ignorant masses.

The industry has not done itself any favors. The publics lack of knowledge was always going to be a hurdle...the industries ongoing and never ending battle between establishing requirements while exerting twice as much effort to circumvent those same requirements when complying was easier and cheaper drove up costs, extended completion dates beyond anything the public could possibly understand and undermined the public's trust. When you are selling the public a new product and asking them to foot the bill if you ain't selling snake oil transparency is your best ally. We did not do this early on and we ain't doing it today.

No doubt this is at play. Covid was to stop working and create further debt. Media role is to separate people more with constantly trying to shove lies down our throats. The irrational government in control now pushes destruction of our culture while sending money in plane loads to protect a country that farms for a living and is crooked as hell

Nuclear is the best, hands down. Coal right in there....
Solar and wind are great to fill in where it makes sense...
Oil/gas for vehicles!

It's not that bad. Both parties have agreed to billions nuclear infrastructure funding here.
And when was the last time you saw a protest against nuclear power here?

Nuke is coming in hot with its fresh subsidy. There’s going to be some development if the NIMBYs can be kept in check.

Harden the power grid now. The Ukraine money could have been used to protect this country from a catastrophic loss of power. They want the Mad Max scenario.

Energy would become the most expensive bill in the world. But don't fret. As soon as modern science discovers the proper formula for alchemy then everyone with rocks in their yard will have enough gold to pay for it.

The Democrats do not have a serious energy policy other than making everyone, especially poor and middle class people, hurt financially when it comes to energy.

What do we get with those Billions? New reactors, or?
It takes 10 years to get a permit for new reactor approved.
It is 100% that bad. We need reactors coming online now.
