So Harden is probably gone as well.
Whoever they bring in as coach, they are going to do a strict load management with Ebmiid in the regular season going forward and bring in an alpha type player who is going to actually lead this team, because Embiid ain't that guy.

He’s nice to the media and he’s had great players, which then helps him win a lot of regular-season games. Same reason Dusty Baker kept getting jobs despite choking in the playoffs every year.
