the msb: the NBA needs to shut up and dribble
also the msb: This is the perfect moment for the NBA to collectively come out and call for their intended base (black america) to stop the cultural practice of glorifying the thug gun life.
But they won’t. They’ll pretend like it’s just a Ja Morant issue…and not the most serious issue in America as we know it.

I thought it was pretty clear if they weren’t going to stick to sports that they should speak out in ACTUAL issues like youth violence amongst American cities

This could actually be a good opportunity for the NBA to be a positive influence for young black fans who are at risk of falling into this lifestyle.
Of course they aren’t going to do it and people like you don’t want them to, but it’s worth talking about
