Has to be a 2 hr series finale, way too much to fit into an hr or hr and a half

So ultimately, I guess it boils down to the question: Should we consider Vic a villian or a hero?

What ya'll think?

Does the good he did in his career balance out the bad?

The preview didn't reveal too much at all about the finale.

Well we know Vic makes it through the end of the drug deal because his hands are up when the feds raid the warehouse....

But the warehouse is empty

Does it end with Vic and Shane across cells from each other?

Brah I'm struggling with that question right now. You almost hate yourself for rooting for the guy. But damn, he's just a fricking pimp! I just hate the fact that Ronnie made get sold out. But something in the back of my mind tells me Vic has a plan for Ronnie.

I think it would be a shame for anything else than somebody killing Shane. It's like we were being set up for Shane getting killed ever since the Shane throwing the grenade into Lem's car scene.

Ronnie is the only semi decent one of the group.... he didnt know about the crowley murder.

Wonder if it works out some way where he is the last one standing

A part of me says yes that Vic is a hero for being such a cunning, kick arse cop grinding out there in the streets taking out the scum of the earth. Gotta break a few eggs right? But a part of me just can't forgive him for murdering Terry and torturing and killing that other dude and etc. Killing a cop is terrible. But did he sort of do enough in his career and looking out for his family to make up for it? I dunno. Kinda sad that him and the strike team in this world f'ed up world of farmington had to do so many bad things in order to clean up the streets. That and Vic basically molded Shane into a monster, let's not forget. Even though we definitely have to hold Shane accountable too.

There is always the DVDs to buy. I'd like to go back and watch the pilot (first episode in the series) and hell even the first few seasons at least.

The only unrealistic thing is Olivia saying Vic had implicated Ronnie in enough stuff to get him put behind bars for life. They can't prove that he killed that Armenian guy, and everything else is just heresay. Even the money train stuff and all that is not enough to get him put away for life. Ronnie would go to jail, yeah, but he would walk on a lot of stuff. Vic and Shane on the other hand....

I thought the funny line of the night was after Shane robbed the drug dealer of his inventory "I guess Wal-Mart does have the lowest prices"
