i know nothing of these but funny I heard Barkley this morning say hes down 45 lbs on it.

I read thru it a couple times when I was contemplating asking my Dr about it. From what Jose, lsu777, and a couple others mentioned, it slows your digestion and keeps you full longer. End result is you are in a huge calorie deficit.
