If housing had been allowed to bottom out and correct itself in 2008, we wouldn’t be in this mess. As it stands, the bubble got reinflated for another 10-15 years only to have a bigger mess.

They can’t bc nobody has any idea what anything is worth because of the banking industries capitalization of step up basis
