The DOD targeted tCTH website's main author Sundance based on fake evidence.

Subpoena sent to Sundance from Benny Thomson's J6 Committee:
And the main take away for everyone:

quote:
I was never in Washington DC on January 6, 2021, nor did I work with or communicate with anyone who was involved in any of the activities that are subject to the J6 committee investigative authority.
I’m going to skip a lot of background noise, irrelevant legal stuff, jurisdictional issues, discoveries from discussions with lawyers and the experience gained in association with this ridiculous subpoena. I am going to focus on the biggest story within it.
Sticking to the information in the Red Box above, notice how the J6 committee has evidence, “public-source information and documents on file”, showing my participation, communication, and contact with people and technology that are material interests to the committee.
Here’s the kicker…. I had no clue what the hell they were talking about. There’s not a single aspect of their outline that I had any knowledge or connection of.
I had no idea what Zello was. I had no idea who 1% watchdog might be. I had never heard of “Stop the Steal J6” or associated “channel.” I had never heard of the person redacted, and I had never communicated with any Oath Keeper, any communication system, or platform, or anyone or anything – nothing – that is outlined in that subpoena.
Those points of evidence outlined in the subpoena had no connection to me at all.
The subpoena might as well have been asking me to appear in Michigan because my Red Ferrari was involved in a hit and run accident, during my trip to Detroit. I don’t own a Ferrari; I have never been to Michigan; I certainly never had an accident; I wasn’t on a trip and have never visited Detroit. The entire construct of their probable cause for the subpoena was silly. Complete and utter nonsense.
That said, how could there be “public records” and “documentary” evidence of something that never happened?
quote:
Think about what was discovered here.
Someone inside the Twitter platform, an employee of Twitter, had made a decision to target me. As a result: (a) they had been doing this for a long time with a specific goal in mind; and (b) they created an elaborate trail of background activity and identity that was entirely fabricated.
Eventually, my assigned investigative unit admitted this.
Once, the federal investigators realized what took place they wanted to get rid of me -and my snark filled curiosity- with great urgency.
They also had an ‘oh shite’ moment, when they contemplated everything, including what they had revealed to me from the outset of my contact, now several months prior.
What I discovered in this experience was that DHS, and by extension DOJ/FBI and the January 6 investigators, had direct administrative level backdoors into all social media platforms.
Overlay the Twitter files now, and then expand your thinking….
In their quest to prove that I owned a Red Ferrari, traveled to Michigan and had a hit-and-run accident, these investigators outlined to me how the United States Government, through their DHS authority, has employees, agents and contractors with open portals into all social media platforms.
Yes, the federal government is inside the mechanics of the systems (Twitter, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Zello, etc) and they have administrative access in real time to monitor, review, extract and evaluate everything, soup-to-nuts.
It was only because the investigators and forensic data knuckleheads have these portals, that they were able to locate the source of the fabricated evidence they were originally attributing to me. This was an investigative process and research discovery being conducted in the data processing systems of Twitter in real time as they questioned me.
Once they realized what had taken place, and as soon as I started asking how they were making these admissions (now carrying an apologetic certainty), suddenly the investigators wanted no further contact or communication with me. You’re good, whoopsie daisy, our bad, sorry.
Now, take some time to fully digest and absorb what I have just shared.
And the main take away for everyone:

The U.S. government is worried about TikTok, because U.S. citizen data might be extracted?

This is horrid and can't be posted enough.

Just to summarize:
Blue brigade hates someone of opposite political affiliation>>>someone in social media aims at the target>>>a social media profile is created to smear said target>>>DOJ extract made up evidence>>>DOJ investigates said target based on fake probable cause>>>depending on how hard the DOJ wants to continue they can decide to ruin your life or not through the process.
Meanwhile, worry about TikTok and the Chinese a half a world away.

The person had to have literally gone on the apps and joined their fake 1% FBI militia. So for that person to be protected it had to be a fed, no?

A fed or fed contractor like a David Brock outfit.

So… if two users were to LARP message traffic between them claiming all kinds of things but no substantiative steps were taken toward what was mentioned, could the government even threaten them with anything?
I ask because that is the basis of “jamming” in the old TV series “The Prisoner”, in which people would do elaborate fake plots in order to draw Number Two’s minions away from paying attention to actual escape plots.
If I were to, say, suggest something take place in Martha’s Vineyard, where I have never been and never intend to go, could they claim I was conspiring if the shite was so outlandish that claiming a “substantiative step” toward doing so is impossible to prove?
“OK, I need some Crystal Pepsi, some black tar Mexican heroin, two pounds of plutonium, and a plum floating in perfume served in a man’s hat…”. That kind of shite.

IDK. All I know was some fed or fed contractor impersonated Sundance on social media to create probable cause evidence to justify a J6 Committee subpoena.

There's nothing in that letter that would indicate a legislative purpose. The entire committee was unconstitutional.

Refusing to seat any of the GOP’s choices on there, instead hand-picking some anti-Trump whores like Cheney et all, solidified that it was a farce.
Maybe the House should seat a committee on Hunter Biden’s laptop and refuse to seat Swalwell or any of the other usual suspects that would be offered up in favor of a few Dems representing red or purple districts who have been known to buck against the Dem whip.

Someone doxed Sundance, stole his/her identity, then framed him/her.
It is astounding thinking about the same crooked intel community that had to have done it ----on one end or another of the snakes tail----in a siloed way- checking IP's and so forth to where Sundance lived to vindicate him.
Why did they vindicate him? It wasn't some snotty prog in his basement. Since when have they cared about exculpatory evidence? Possibly because of the good lawyer that Sundance retained?
So someone with skills and proper search terms like Elon would have had to have discovered the fake set up.
How evil is the CIA/FBI/DoD DOJNSD that they would try to frame an innocent person to this extent?
This to me, proves they set up J6, election fraud, covid, SpyGate, Impeachments 1 & 2, the fringe content-Operation Trust USSR psy-op to get people there on J6 to accomplish making MAGA people domestic terrorists.
Look at how Biden called out MAGA over and over. Look how they flipped a potential Presidential candidate from saying MAGA suddenly. It is USSR kraft via the CCP.
The part that sucks is that the keywords to search TwitterFiles: are done by twitter lawyers and the FBI/DOJ are all still there.

I phrase things in an ad-absurdum fashion to point out exactly how badly they screwed the pooch in doing this and what it opens up other people doing to frick with the Stasi, er, FBI / DOJ.

Is there any way this fake social media profile/activity could have been done by someone not working for the platform?

Normally I would say no. But the Feds were caught using spyware to frick with a journalist who wasn’t spewing the company line.
Wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility for them to Remote Desktop in and do shite claiming it was done by the person whose PC it was.

I know.
I read you loud and clear. I just had to think it out, outloud.

These possibilities + what can be done with AI in terms of impersonating people, it's going to get to the point where nothing - literally nothing - can be believed on face value. In fact, we're pretty much already there where the federal gov't is concerned.

Meanwhile the left rejoiced because of this - true or not.
