i guess you feel it would be a shame if there was a legal alternative to the illegal substances ravaging the state?

addicts arent going anywhere. youths with no options turn to whatevers available. maybe you havent paid much attention the last 30 years or so but the war on drugs has been determined and the drugs won.

"throw em in jail." hasnt worked either. the states dirt frickin poor with little to no opportunities.

its a moot point tho. prison/law enforcement lobbies are too big in louisiana for there to be any other outcome. the trend will continue and year after year youll see more and more ODs just like TheFonz said.

Actually if you ask anybody with a brain including cops which also includes myself and my whole family and a lot of friends. All of which who know the war on drugs was a fallacy and political campaign. fricking boomer idiot
