No city listed just Texas Roadhouse in Ohio. I grew up right across the river in WV. I did see more confederate flags in southeast Ohio than I did in northern WV. The only place this even has a chance of happening at is the location in Athens(Where Joe Burrow grew up).

I was skeptical at first too. Then I dared to go to the DB article. Texas Roadhouse is investigating the incident and has provided a statement. So something did happen:

We also strive to maintain a work environment of mutual respect for our employees and guests,” the statement read. The spokesperson said Mandy wasn’t made to wait on the table, and a manager “immediately took over” once he felt uncomfortable. The spokesperson also said the neo-Confederate group would no longer be allowed at Texas Roadhouse. The owner was also supposed to hold meeting with staff Monday night regarding the incident and to “reinforce his support that if anyone is uncomfortable or feels disrespected to let Management know,” the company said.

It confirms that they were there. A manager took over serving the table and those idiots are banned from the restaurant. The only question is confirming what was said and done. That’s the only possible point of contention remaining. We all know there is security camera footage being reviewed. It will be easy to prove or disprove the allegations.
Initially I found the premise of the article to be so absurd I couldn’t believe it. But it’s looking more and more likely to be true with that statement from corporate.

If the story is true, I would have gone to my manager to explain what was happening and refused to serve them.
You aren't technically forced to serve anyone, but you also shouldn't have to quit your job to avoid that type of harassment.

No one took a video or picture? What is the name of the restaurant? So many questions….
Side note, I was in Philadelphia at a holiday inn ( I think). My unit was checking in and I heard “Dixie “ on the street. About 10 minutes later union and confederate uniformed old people walked in for a party. Fully decked out. Wasn’t expecting that.
