I've posted here plenty in the past, but forgot my old username and password, so I made a new account.

Anyhow, I was super excited to find a new bass spot right in the middle of BR.

Baby brush hogs Texas rigged with 1/16oz weights.

Betting it’s the small lake behind the apartments next to Celtic studios. Big bass in that hole.

Not surprising to find hotspots in the middle of cities. Some of the best and biggest stripers in OK are in downtown Tulsa.

I remember how this thread started in the past, and I remember how it ended.

There's one local place I'll share, off Essen Lane by I12 there's a pond with loads of small largemouth surrounded by offices. Used to fish it after work in the AM and was a fun way to waste some time

I had no clue it was that open of an area with parking all around, I thought it was a gated area

It is gated, park at the nursing home on the north end of the lake and walk south. Apartment residents will assume you live or know someone there.

There’s a fella on YouTube that catches piles of fish in Wards Creek right in front of the Children’s Hospital. There and Capital Lake.

I used to catch really nice bass and caught a damn monster bream that was 1 pound and half in 70s in Lakeview Apt lake, (still my biggest bream). that bitch was deep.

I remember in 90s taking a new lure, luker lure ot sluggo or something to LSU lakes just to test it out to see what it looked liked before going on big fishing trip and ending up catching 4 nice 3-4 pound bass in like 45 minutes. I thought man I have found the magic lure. I did well with it at my home lake but not like that.

I did find a lake like that in Hammond once, another Interstate pond. I caught about 12 keeper bass in two hours on purple worm. Caught 4 in first dozen cast. It’s like they had never seen a plastic worm.

The lsu lakes have been dead since the massive fish kill last summer.
