Did anyone else get the WKHS lawsuit email this morning? I bought and sold some, not a huge amount, but some during those timeframes during the whole Ancient Tiger deal. Of course I lost on it. Just wonder if filling out the paperwork would be a smart thing or even worth it. Thanks.

I got the smae email. Like you I bought a bit and sold a bit (at a loss) but not enough to really still stew over. Wondering if it'd be worth it go join this or if it's just a waste of time

I’ve never seen someone get back more than $100 in a shareholder lawsuit, for whatever that’s worth.

But it doesn’t hurt to fill it out if it only takes 5-10 minutes.

WKHS stock lost $4 billion. The settlement is for $35 million. It will be $20-25 million after attorneys fees/costs. Not going to be a windfall, but like Slack said, it only takes a few minutes to fill out a form.

Shareholder lawsuits are fake

I was in the waitr one and they act like it’s gonna work and make you sign stuff then the case gets quietly dismissed a couple years later

I wonder when the standard lithium lawsuit will be
