Sad thing about the Lady Tigers winning

Is that this bs about Clark and Reese is overshadowing a great TEAM performance. Probably one of the best overall team performances in a championship setting. We had to fire on all cylinders to beat Iowa and we did. Morris stepped up, Carson stepped up, Poa stepped up. Every player on the court performed at a high level to achieve the goal. Hopefully the trash talk stuff dies down and everyone realizes and remembers this game for what it was.

All the talk just means that people are starting to give a damn about women’s sports. The MSM has spent 6 weeks dissecting every bit of Aaron Rodgers’ darkness retreat ffs. So much fuss about a harmless gesture in a title game is, ironically, a great sign for the women’s game

Give it two weeks and they'll be talking about something else. Everyone will remember that LSU won the title in fashion scoring over 100. Many will be watching rooting against LSU next year too, but that's what happens when you're on top.

Reese was the 4th highest scorer on the team, and honestly had an off game due to early fouls and trouble with the Iowa. The seniors really stepped up this game and led the team. Morris, Williams, and Carson. I couldn't believe that they weren't guarding Williams more closely at the FT line after she hit 3-4 from there in a row.

Social media loves DRAMA.. they like bringing out the “Karen’s” and the snowflakes with controversial things..it draws attention and clicks to their sites, it’s the world today..LSU won a NC in women’s basketball for the 1st time in history of the school…a GREAT game, one that they saved the best for last… they are holding a trophy to prove it..who really cares what the rest think…
