Everyone is talking about Angel Reese and Caitlyn Clark. But the unquestionable MVP of that game was Alexis Morris.

Defense, play making, clutch shots when we needed them most, settling the team when they needed it most. Heart and soul.

Credit where credit is due ....

The MVP they gave out to Reese was for the whole tournament.

Morris can come across very tough, but she seems very soft spoken, intelligent, and sweet. She’s also a great sport.

It was really a team win. They all contributed. Carson scoring 22 was what broke them.

They said tournament MVP, not finals MVP.

Carson’s shooting in the first half changed the game. It was truly a team effort.
