Need Some Help with an Investment Thesis

I used three criteria: Cato Economic Freedom Ranking (top 50), Additional Spending or Foregone Revenue from COVID, and Debt to GDP.
Seems that the Baltic countries are all in pretty damn good shape: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Denmark, Sweden all meet my criteria of high economic freedom, low expenditure over COVID, and less than 50% GDP. I was hoping to find some sort of Baltic Region fund or ETF, but I'm not seeing much. Anyone have a way to play this? Only investment platform is Fidelity.
Thanks,

Oh, I think we can all agree that we’ve missed a travel opportunity along with an investment opportunity.

Found it. FNORX. A little top heavy with almost 20% in Novo Nordisk, but I'll take it as a long term thesis.

I have a small fidelity account hanging out that I forget exists. I’ll throw some money in there to diversify and I support their scientists
