Worst remake of all time. The bs after getting Ashley you have to get through is truly remarkable. I’ve died so many times and compared to the rest of the game there’s no fricking reason to make this part so god damn fricking hard just make the shite consistent!

This game is too horrendous for words. The game play is pathetic and IF I decide to get through it, it will be only once. Not even liking any of the first play through.

I don't hate the remake from what I have played of it, but I do think the shooting mechanics are awful (RE Engine in general). I'm not even sure if the clunky movement/aim/shoot (yes I know you can move while shooting now) were good in 2004, and it's really not good now.
I also kinda prefer the wacky anime-ness of the original as opposed to this much more realistic take.
