Hmm. That’s not the conclusion I have come to after watching this trial. If I were on the jury it would be a 50-50 verdict with no damages awarded to either party.

Surely she has a liability policy. Her insurance should be handling this. It should be worth more than $300,000 to a celebrity to not have to go to court.

I'm just getting caught up on this but it doesn't look like it's "clearly" at all.
Looks like a lot of people here are letting their dislike of her or her politics shade the truth, which is wrong.
