I was once a Shammaster in the army. Is it a disappearing skill?

I guess, because I have no idea wtf you are talking about.

Well I’m still employed and I haven’t done shite all week

shite no, I hate doing it, but I do fewer than 20 minutes of honest work a week, which is why I'm looking for another job and potentially being a bar back somewhere. Gotta. Work. I feel so dirty not working.
If you want to sham, work for an Indian owned company. They need the right color faces to get federal contracts, supposedly, so they don't can you even if you have been billable in more than six months in client service. Ridiculous.

Tis a skill. Tis an art. And usually, how good you are at shamming is a direct judgement on how big your balls are.

It is still the core ethos of the E4 mafia.

I never would have believed this until I recently became a party to the subject matter. It seems to be true. So far. But at some point, money is money.

I'm living in my exit plan from last job.. this job was my exit plan (option C) from previous job, also Indian. Technically French, but in reality Indian.

I PCS'd to a rear d that was in complete disarray and after going to work for a couple days I realized no one had accountability at all and took a calculated risk. After no one came looking for me after the first few days I said frick it and spent the next couple months hanging out downtown, drinking beer, and growing a full beard.
how good you are at shamming is a direct judgement on how big your balls are.
I didn't go back until I saw a buddy of mine and he told me some NCO was asking people if they had ever heard of a guy by my name. I fully expected to catch some shite for it when I went back but no one ever said a word.
Anyways, I consider three months of free leave to be the crowning achievement of my time in the e-4 mafia.

eta- I should add that I was a geo-bachelor at the time and we were housed in leased apartments off-post on the economy which made it much easier.

I've spent the last 30 seconds unable to pick up my drink due the laughter of what perfection that is. "No accountability" just keeps me F laughing.
To all you kids out there, this is the way:
