Compared to chemicals along with corn syrup in the regular ones. Highly doubt it. The corn syrup is killer.

Correct. All you are doing in switching from regular soda to ‘diet’ or ‘zero’ is trading Diabetes for cancer or leukemia. I’d rather have The Diabetes.

Cardiovascular disease, cognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s, colon cancer, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, inflammation, obesity, kidney disease, liver disease, pancreatic cancer, etc…

These are the risks of sugar intake according to the AMA.

Sodas of all kinds are unhealthy for you, whether diet or not. That’s why most people consume them as a treat.
