I use Wealthfront and have had no issues. 4.05% APY flat rate, and can boost it to 4.55% APY for 3-months if you use a referral link. Took about 2-3 business days to activate and fund it but it's been quick for withdrawals.

getting 4 percent at SoFi right now but that rate requires a nominal direct deposit each month.
debating moving that into a MMF like VMFXX, which is getting 4.55 right now

I've got 4.4% in Robinhood Gold (starts tomorrow at 4.4%), but you do have to pay $5/mo for that. So not good for smaller balances but if you have a bigger chunk of change it's a good rate. You'll find slightly better rates in some places but I like I can easily deploy this cash on the fly in the market from there as well.
Be careful on some of the highest ones, sometimes place you havent really heard about do teaser rates for a few months then substantially lower the rate even if the fed rate doesnt change at all. Had this happen to me before with 1 in the past where i got like maybe half a percent more than most of the others then after 3 months it was well under what others were paying.

I just got notification Ally was going up to 3.75%. I’m currently in Capital One 360 Savings and it’s been at 3.4% APY for a while now
