I think most every cart nowadays running on lifts and large tires is a 48 volt (or else lithium run). If you can convert 36 to 48 for not too much $, you might have something. Also, make sure you have water in all your batteries (distilled is recommended) / could be something simple as that. Or try new batteries

I looked into converting it to 48v and it was right at 2K. Of course that was a kit from carts unlimited. I check the water frequently. Keep it charged at least once a week. Limited use… The age of the batteries are below 2yrs. I have not put my ohms on them, though.
