Imagine the English football establishment if the 6th place team as of today wins the playoff. I want nothing more than the last vestige of London's white working class that hasn't been ethnically cleansed to be promoted.

There are many gay clubs in London. Millwall is not one of them.

Won’t matter. They’ll still miss playing their biggest rival when West Ham gets relegated. Like a couple of ships passing in the night when they’d rather be crashing straight into each other.

Bump this thread. As it stands now, these two clubs are in-line for automatic promotion:
1) Burnley 84 pts
2) Sheffield United 73 pts
If the season ended today, these four clubs would be fighting for the final promotion spot in the playoffs:
3) Middlesbrough 67 pts
4) Luton Town 67 pts
5) Millwall 61 pts
6) Blackburn Rovers 61 pts
Norwich City and Coventry are both 4 points behind Millwall and Blackburn.

Those Blackburn teams with Gillespie, Ripley, Shearer, Sutton; Le Saux, Hendry and that other central defender (can't remember his name) were fricking good.

Nah, Amoruso was later with Tugay IIRC. I'll have to look it up as it's bothering me now.

Yep, Blackburn had some talent in that 90's & 2000's timeline. Duff was an out and out winger until he went to Fulham and of all people The Owl started the Inverted Winger trend.

Millwall would be electric in the PL

I agree and am rooting for Millwall, but honestly Luton Town being promoted would probably be the best story of them all. They were in the 5th tier as late as 2014. To get back to the Premier League in less than a decade would be unreal.

I’d like Millwall relegated, but not at the expense of Blackburn. Too bad we have to likely deal with Burnley and Sheffield United again.
Bring MGP out of retirement.

Logged into my buddy's ESPN+ account and watching Millwall/Luton on the phone about to head to work. Horvath has 17 clean sheets this campaign? Solid.
