Luton showing why they’re number one in set pieces.

Got one early. 1-0 Luton

We’re so much better in possession but they’re just massive.

Luton just out here taking what they want, pretty impressive

Sunderland hasn’t really even given them much to think about at the other end

If the GOATpionship had VAR Sunderland would’ve been awarded a pen.

Meh, Luton still dominating the match though

And yeah this ground in the prem would be awesome.

Some of those soft hearted guys that like to flop about might be scared when they go to visit

Edit: Christ almighty Patterson trying to lock the match loss up real early in the second half with that shite pass

Not having an active CB on the roster finally caught up with us. Luton just too big. Still would’ve liked to have gotten that obvious penalty though.

Oh well great season where we punched above our weight. Going to need to find another Diallo though.

FFS I’m not excited about the prospect of Coventry or Luton in the PL… oh well. I guess better Coventry than Luton since they at least seem to have some infrastructure to maybe not get bounced the first year in.

And yes I’m aware they’ve actually been in the prem before at some point in the 90s IIRC.

And on Coventry’s goal, Steffen pussyfooted around by not fully committing to coming out. If he gave it any effort I think he could’ve booted the ball away. At least that’s what it seemed at one glance of it.

You should be. Both of these clubs were quite literally on the brink of extinction within the last 15 years. Luton wasn't even back in the Football League until 2014.
