Wrist band blood pressure monitor.

I'm looking for a portable blood pressure monitor and was thinking about one of these wrist band models. Anyone have any experience with these?

Lots of Dr offices use them now.

OMRON makes one for about $75.

They're convenient, but they do read quite high. It might cause you more alarm than a traditional upper arm. In fact, those home upper arm even read a little higher (for me at least), than I get at the doctor's office.

Everyone here is right, they are not accurate. If you figure out how off it is, you can use it to track yourself though.
Auto arm one runs higher numbers as well than a human doctor or nurse. You can use those to track as well, as long as you know the variance.
